I'm very sorry however Mike nor I can make it to class today. My legs and arms have swollen up due to poison ivy  Looks like ill be getting a shot tomorrow.  

Mike said his knee was giving him trouble so we have decied to just cancel classes. We will let you know about a make up class next week. Maybe next Thursday or the first Monday in June.

PS. As of now we are planning on having Wednesday classes but just in case you might want to check back on the site or call.

Summer Classes & Summer Camps!

This year along with camps I am going to have normal classes with a limit of 4 students per class on Mondays & Wednesdays. If you are interested in taking the summer classes or summer camps then please call scott @ 828-320-9497 or ask me at the gym. Summer classes will start in June and you must sign up for them in order to take. There will be 2 summer camps, one on June 16th-19th and the other on July 14th-17th.

Hello everyone, I am changing my email address. You may use the contact form on the site, call me for it, or email my old address and ask for my new email address.   I am not posting it on the web because I think thats where the spammers get it and on average I get about 50 to 60 and upwards to 100 spam emails a day. I'll still receive my old email for about another month or so.
